Your appointment time that you reserve is exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment kindly give us a 48 hour cancellation notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. You can also leave us a voicemail if the salon is not open.
We have the right to refuse any future appointments and charge for "no shows".
